HOW COACHING FOUND ME 

I didn’t set out to be a career coach. Instead, I became very interested in people's careers.
 
By working from all sides of the table in Human Resources for nearly 15 years  including leadership development, talent management and recruitment, I naturally found myself having career conversations all the time. 
 
As I have been fortunate enough to be promoted again and again throughout my career, I found that people started to ask me for career and leadership advice… and I knew I wanted more of that!
 
Empowering women to achieve their career aspirations and developing talent are  huge passions of mine. 
 
Using my education and experience, I created the framework my clients needed to create real transformational career results. 
 
Now it is my personal mission to empower ambitious women in Human Resources to achieve their career aspirations!
